Synopsis

Judges Under Fire shines a light on the critical role of US District judges in protecting the rule of law in the face of unconstitutional Executive overreach, and the personal price many pay for their decisions. Featuring interviews with Robert Reich, Melissa Murray and Vince Warren as well as Judge John Coughenour, who decided the first Birthright Citizenship case, the film celebrates the historic and contemporary importance of judges who stand in the gap between democracy and tyranny.
